BurntBolts – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BurntBolts. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Times

BurntBolts offers two types of fulfillment depending on the product you purchase:

A. BurntBolts-Fulfilled Products

Items packaged and shipped directly by BurntBolts are processed within:

🕒 1–2 business days

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order. It does not include carrier transit time.

B. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products offered through the BurntBolts website may be:

Manufactured
Packaged
Or shipped
by partnered third-party suppliers.

For these items:

Processing times may vary
Estimated delivery will depend on the supplier's logistics
Tracking may come directly from the supplier via email

BurntBolts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping transit time depends on:

The shipping method selected at checkout
The carrier used
Your location

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.

Please note: once the order is handed off to the carrier, shipping speed is outside of BurntBolts’ control.

3. Split Shipments

If your order contains both BurntBolts-fulfilled items and third-party-fulfilled items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
BurntBolts is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from:

Incorrect addresses
Missing information
Customer errors

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an item has been transferred to the carrier, BurntBolts is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
However, if a carrier issue arises, contact us and we will assist where possible.
